Return Policy

We will reprint at no charge if:

  • Your order was not what you were expecting,
    or if a change needs to be made to meet your expectations. (wrong color, positioning, etc.)
  • You did not receive your package.
    Please call us (800) 673-LABELS or (407) 459-7612, or check the tracking information to determine if your package was lost or stolen in transit.
  • Your package was damaged in shipping.
    In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our in order to replace your order. CustomLabelsDepot will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a CustomLabelsDepot representative to be defective.  Only complete sheets can be returned. Incomplete sheets will not be accepted.
  • There was an error on your order.

We will refund your order if:

  • You have given us the opportunity to correct the issue. Please email us:, to request a return. You must make this request within 30 days of receiving the shipment.


  • Your order arrives after your event AND after our GUARANTEED delivery date.

You may fill out a return request within 30 days of receiving your order. A return shipping label will be emailed to you within 1 business day of receipt. Only complete sheets can be returned. Incomplete sheets will not be accepted.

If you have requested a refund, be advised that returning funds usually take 7-21 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds).

There are limited refunds on:

  • Rush orders
  • Orders with special requests


NOTE: If we printed the item as approved by you, we will reprint for 50% of the replacement cost plus shipping.
